A big hello out there to the surfers of Kiwiland..... Shit a week has came and gone. Splog time again, how did you crew go on that east coast swell last week?? I farked my ankle over a week ago at the Ripcurl pro and still can't surf, so missed the hole swell... Grim! this was the wave I did it on, that bloody lip got me, I tell ya that ledge at Manu Bay can pack a bit of punch.

Joel Summerlee, Volcom sales rep, once described as one of Volcom's NZ's best assets has left the building (and the company). Yep Joel is moving on and opening a retail shop in Paihe, Bay of Islands. So from the KSM crew all the best out there in the big wide world of business. This has given two young men a great opportunity to sample the life of a surf industry sales rep. After vigorous interviewing from the man in the drivers seat, Mr Ruben Noble, has employed Ants Colling, a shit-hot wake boarder and a bloody good rooster (apparently... looking forward to meeting ya bro) and Raglan local Leston West who will be sure to get heckled by the boys for all his fresh new Volcom samples. Also a good mate of mine Mr Lyndon Hutton has made the tragic move (got to be done son, you will love it) to the 09, the AK, the land of opportunities, also known as the rat race. It will be a change from good old Dunedin..... living the city life.... Well it is probably the only city big enough to really be called a city here in NZ. I'm sure he can cope after some solid summer training in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast... good luck up there and keep that AJ Matthews on the straight and narrow for me – thanks bud. That is all I have for now – just jumping on my ride. I don't cares about the fact I have farked my Cankle and missed that east coast swell last week, I’m on a boat trip around NZ searching for uncrowded perfection....
