Splog 3 from Fee

It's mid March and we have been getting some nice weather patterns coming through for surf, got this pretty cool sunset shot, was super stoked on it show Silas and he just paid me out, those photog's are hard men to impress... as you may of seen in Mill's blog the boys have picked up the first sold swell of the winter...... But I'm IG (industry guy) so I get to talk the talk about the goings on in the surf industry.......

I saw Barry from Matrix Marteting yesterday who is out and about selling the first of his Rhythm Range so that labe is coming to NZ soon, first drop will be summer.... there is a few crew fighting it out to see who will be selling Nike 6.0 here in NZ......... look out Nike busting into the surf, Snow market, it will be interesting to see how that lable is recieved here in NZ.

The always growning Stem Distribution have picked up a new Label, With Scott Todd in the drivers seat. It is bloody cool, Just waiting on a bit of back ground the label from Scott then I will let you guys know what its all about..... so come back later today for an up date.

Hayden Chamberlain HC Surfboards, former Primal Surfboards Shaper who last year spread his wings and left the nest has gone out on his own has just opened a factory in Henderson, again waiting for a bit of a run down from him and will be able to give you a bit more info on where he is at... maybe even a photo or two so come back later on..... And well the share market... Quiksilver who suffer huge drop in share prices during the recession from something like $18 a share to $0.89 due to a few factors like buying Rossignol Snow boards for a ridiculous amount and then selling it back to the same guy a few year later at a big loss, as well as some great roomers.... Well there shares are on the move again and have pretty much double in about 5 days going from around $2.20 to $4.54 on Tuesday. Interesting.......

Young Rob Mitchell is over in the state competing in the huge Surf, Skate and Snow event over there... same one that Kiwi under ground ripper finished second at last yea... I know why didn't we here much about that??? Any way I have herd from Rob and the surfing kicks off today I think... Rob Machado is in it the event and he is going to try get a photo with him...... I'll put that up as soon he sends it through......
