Stu Kennedy won the biggest event of his emerging career in Tasmania today taking out the prestigious Association of Surfing Professionals 6-Star Rated O’Neill Cold Water Classic.

At least four top Kiwi women surfers are coming back across the ditch to enter in the NZ Women’s Open in Taranaki in mid-April and earn the chance to surf against the world’s best in the following ASP Women’s “Dream Tour” event.
Wednesday the 17th of March will be remembered as surfing's greatest St Patrick's Day ever! A giant low-pressure system, creating a massive 15-20ft swell that developed and battered the New Zealand coastline then intensified in the Pacific gaining strength and size on its way to Teahupo'o in Tahiti.

Owen Wright is flying high after winning the Boost Mobile SurfSho, an ASP Specialty event at Bondi Beach over the weekend.
