East Coast Wandering

It was time to hit the road again following the last weekends Rip Curl Pro, but not before a quick midday blat around to Ruapuke where Billy Stairmand and Tim O'Connor delt to a few fun summer close-outs.  Billy is such an explosive surfer; it will be interesting to see how he goes on his maiden WQS year.

One of the most stylish guys around, Tim O'Conner displays some pretty solid technique with a rather classy Ruapuke waft.

The east coast lit up with a nice east swell that lingered the remainder of the week.  So much coast, so little time.  If only this coast was more consistent..
